Your User Account
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
It is your responsibility to inform the platform administrator if you will no longer be a member of the platform so your account can be made Inactive and your spot used by someone else. Your usage data remain will remain in the platform as per relevant legislation. Also, users that have not been active for 12 months will automatically be made Inactive. If a member requires access again, they can be made Active and their data restored.
Privacy Policy
Personal information used on the platform is limited to what is necessary for the delivery of training and sharing of information (includes first and last name and employment information.) It will not be shared with any outside parties.

Content published on this platform (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of Learnici and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Learnici with copyright authorship for this compilation by Learnici. You may not copy, take screenshots, screen recordings or record and of the content on this platform.
Communications
You hereby consent to receive email notifications from us, which includes course enrollments, courses due, upcoming events, promotions, and marketing. You may also receive communications emails from the Discussions feature. You have the option to Unsubscribe to Discussions if you wish.
Applicable Law
By visiting this platform, you agree that the laws of Canada, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Learnici and you, or its business partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this platform or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by Provincial or Federal court of Canada and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Comments, Reviews, and Emails
You may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaigns, and commercial solicitation.
